These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MillionairesGPS mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MillionairesGPS is a productivity platform that helps you set goals, manage tasks, track time, and measure personal performance. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-up on web may be limited; mobile sign-up is the primary registration path.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment methods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store or billing provider. Refunds are handled according to the store or payment provider's policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
MillionairesGPS and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create in the app, but grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MillionairesGPS is a productivity tool, not financial, medical, or legal advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
